Why am I house sitting?

I'm transitioning to London from Marbella, Spain, where I have been housesitting for 6 months, and performing interior design and art duties/consultation. Having lived in W1&W2 London for 18 years prior to this, I don't want to rush into finding a new home/area to live in, so I'd like housesit to give me a bit more time to consider this.
