The animals I have looked after before are horses, donkeys, emu, alpacas, fish, birds, cats and dogs. I am familiar with larger dogs having been brought up with several German shepherds.
My name is Peter, born in Germany but have been living in and out of New Zealand for 40 years. For the last few months I have been housesitting again here in New Zealand, mainly on lifestyle blocks, hobby farms and medium to upper end larger country homes. Last year I spend 6 months in Ecuador in the Andes working in a retreat center as work exchanger and also facilitated workshops and individual sessions in breathwork and life coaching, what I do now online. A few years ago I had a 3 month house sitting assignment at a beach front property with pool and an on Langkawi Island, Malaysia including property management. I have been house sitting on and off prior to that for 6 1/2 years in New Zealand and Australia.
I am a non smoking 63 years old male who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. I prefer mid to longer term assignments and are happy to do the property maintenance and quality animal and pet caretaking or staff supervision.
I have experience in quality caretaking and tenancy of properties including multi-million dollar properties in Australia and New Zealand. I am very organised, clean and tidy by nature and have owned my own properties and manufacturing business and owned and run a retreat center, focusing on anxiety, depression, grief and sexual abuse and cancer here in New Zealand for a total of 14 years. I am more than happy to take care of guests if you operate an accommodation, retreat or lodge business. I have experience with ride on mowers and gardening tools and equipment and originally been an auto electrician,
